Each Our School child is part of a mixed-age family group. Social interchange flows easily among children with a range of ages. In every day life outside of school, how unusual would it be to see a sizable group of children together, where all the children are exactly eight years old?

Facilitated by a close child-teacher connection, each child's level within various subjects is continually assessed. Expectations are based on a child's ability rather than a child's age. Individual academic needs are met within this cohesive family group. When appropriate, a child will work with children in another family group for a particular project or academic area. This fluid movement is flexible throughout the year and helps create a tailor-made scholastic program for each student.
